Terms
These terms cover your use of wheelestaterescue.com. I am René Nelson, doing business as Wheel Estate Rescue, based in Estes Park, Colorado. Updated October 19, 2026.
What you read here is not legal, tax, or financial advice. The city pages and guides are about how I can help you sell. They are not a statement of the law. Your lease and your situation control.
A conversation, a text, or a form does not obligate you. A cash offer is not final until you and I both sign a written agreement. You may decline. I may decline.
When I buy a home, the promises I make on this site are these: a fair cash offer within 24 hours, any condition with no repairs required, paperwork and costs covered, and a closing on your schedule.
Do not use the form or the phone number to send anything unlawful, or to pretend to be someone else. I may ignore a message that looks like spam.
I may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top will change when I do.
