About Us
Between us, we've worked in emergency dispatch, healthcare, and the arts. We've spent our careers in rooms where the stakes were high and the person in front of us needed real help — fast, calm, and without judgment. That's still what we do. The homes are just part of it.
The Team
Rene'
Founder & Lead Advisor · Former 911 Dispatcher · Licensed Dealer
Rene' is a longtime Colorado local who spent years as a 911 dispatcher in a busy emergency communications center before moving into corporate leadership — and eventually finding her real calling helping people navigate some of the hardest transitions of their lives. She knows what it means to be the calm voice when everything feels urgent. She brings that same steadiness to every person she works with. She's also a licensed Colorado manufactured home dealer — which means she knows the title process, the parks, and the paperwork inside and out, so you don't have to.
Amrom
Managing Operator & Community Liaison
Amrom came to Colorado by way of New York and a career as a jazz musician, which means he's very good at reading the room and improvising when things get complicated. He keeps operations running smoothly and believes the numbers always come after the conversation — never before. He has a rare gift for building trust with park managers throughout the corridor. When communication between a homeowner and their park gets complicated, Amrom is the person in that room.
Ryan
Lead Acquisitions Analyst · Solutions & Operations
Ryan brings a background in healthcare and an almost stubborn commitment to finding solutions where everyone walks away better off. He approaches every situation the way a good clinician would — listening first, understanding the full picture, then finding the path forward that actually works for that specific person. He manages contracts, systems, and data — and brings a financially creative mind to every situation. If there's a creative solution nobody else has thought of, Ryan will find it.
Real Stories
We don't have a script for what we do. Every situation is different. Here's a glimpse at some of the people we've had the privilege of helping.
Loveland, CO
Renee
She'd lived alone her whole life and handled everything herself. After her stroke, that changed overnight. The park was moving toward taking her home — which would have left her with nothing. Her friend stepped in and called us. We stepped in between Renee and a very bad outcome — put cash in her pocket, helped coordinate moving her belongings, and made sure an eviction never touched her record.
She went to her next chapter with money in her pocket and her dignity intact.

Joe
Joe was elderly, living alone in a large doublewide he could no longer keep up with. Lot rent had piled up. The park wanted him out. What Joe needed wasn't just a buyer — he needed a plan. We found him senior housing he could manage, paid off the liens on his home, and kept his credit clean so he could qualify for his new place. We kept his family in the loop every step of the way.
Joe didn't just sell a home. He got his life back.

Jesse
Jesse had been dreaming of a quieter life in a 55+ community — somewhere he could actually put down roots. We worked on his timeline, found him a beautiful doublewide in a 55+ park that came in under his budget, and helped with moving costs and a few upgrades to make it feel like home. Jesse used to hold his bible study group at the local McDonald's because he didn't have the space.
Now he hosts them in his own home. That's the part we think about.

Kim
Kim came to us through a referral. She was facing eviction, had suffered a heart attack the year before, hadn't been able to work, and her home had fallen into disrepair. We took over all communications with the park so she didn't have to face that stress alone. We helped her find housing that would welcome her and her service dog, Scout. We helped with moving funds and getting settled. Before her home even closed, Kim got a job at a local hospital.
Happy and hopeful for the first time in over a year. A life unburdened.

Milton
Milton was going through a divorce and felt like he was losing everything at once — his marriage, his home, his sense of stability. He had a two year old son and desperately needed a fresh start, but his home had fallen into disrepair and he didn't know how to get out. We stepped in, worked on his schedule, helped him with funds to move into a new space, and told him to leave behind whatever wouldn't fit — we'd handle the rest.
Milton walked out the door ready to build something new for him and his son.
These are real people. Every situation is different. If you see yourself in any of these stories — or if your situation doesn't look like any of them — call us anyway. We'll figure it out together.
