I am René Nelson. I run Wheel Estate Rescue from Estes Park, Colorado. This page explains what I collect when you use this site, call, or text, and what I do with it. Updated October 19, 2026.
If you send the form, I receive the details you type: your name, phone number, park, lot, address, and what you tell me about the home. If you call or text (719) 963-6131, I receive that phone number and whatever you say. If you email skypondpropertysolutions@gmail.com, I receive that message.
I use it to reply about your home, to make a cash offer if you want one, and to complete a sale if you and I both agree. I do not sell your information.
If you submit the form, call, or text, you agree I may call or text you about your home at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
The form on this site sends your answers to me so I can reply. You can also write me directly at skypondpropertysolutions@gmail.com. The address field uses Google address suggestions, so what you type there may be sent to Google. I do not control Google's privacy practices.
I keep messages for as long as I need them to talk with you and, if you and I complete a sale, to keep a record of that sale. You can email me and ask me to correct or delete information I do not need to keep.
Email skypondpropertysolutions@gmail.com or call (719) 963-6131. There is no street address. I am based in Estes Park, Colorado.
